Frequently Asked Questions
Who needs a ticket?
Anyone age 12 months and older will need a ticket.
Where are my tickets?
Actual tickets are not provided. We have each reservation listed by the last name of the person who booked the reservations. Check-in begins 20 minutes before your scheduled event.
How long is Breakfast with Santa?
The event lasts around 90 minutes.
Will my child get to meet Santa personally?
Each child will have the opportunity to visit with Santa individually. We recommend bringing your own letter to Santa. Click here for a printable letter to Santa.
What’s for breakfast?
A hearty breakfast including breakfast egg & cheese casserole, sausage, pancakes, and applesauce. Drink options with free refills include coffee, hot tea, hot spiced cider, cold cider, and water.
Are seats assigned?
Reservations are assigned by tables and booths. While we do our best to seat all large groups together, we have a limited number of tables to accommodate large groups. If one table cannot be provided, we will seat you in side by side booths. Please purchase all tickets for your group in one transaction to be certain that your group will sit together or in side by side booths.
What is the inclement weather policy?
Breakfast with Santa is a winter event and will take place rain or snow. However, if the roads are closed by the Illinois Department of Transportation, we will reschedule or issue refunds. Curtis Orchard is not responsible for travel delays caused by accidents, road closures, road construction, weather, etc. Please use your judgment and allow ample time to arrive prior to your scheduled event.
How much is a photo package?
To be determined based on the photographer chosen. We will update this page once we have a photographer confirmed.
